Bushmills Malt 16 Year Old is a rare single malt Irish whiskey. With "Three Wood" maturation and finishing, a malt of distinction emerges, with a fullness of depth and flavour rarely found. This exceptional whiskey is matured for 16 years or more in a combination of American bourbon barrels and Spanish Oloroso sherry butts. The bourbon barrels infuse delicate honey, mild toasted wood and vanilla notes, while the sherry wood lends the malt a rich, fruity sweetness and a distinct nutty character. These whiskeys are then vatted together and married for several months in large old port pipes.
Embodying all the centuries-old traditions of distilling at Bushmills, this is one of the very few Irish malt whiskeys available. Each drop of Bushmills Malt is carefully distilled three times and is made from 100% malted barley. The single malt Whiskey is matured for at least 10 years in specially selected American bourbon barrels stored in the warehouses adjoining the distillery. It's here that the whiskey develops its full flavour, well-balanced character and light golden hue.

Black Bush Irish Whiskey is a rich, dark blend from Ireland's oldest working distillery, Old Bushmills Distillery in County Antrim. It is comprised almost entirely of single malt whiskey. The malt whiskey used to create Black Bush is aged in carefully selected Spanish Oloroso sherry-seasoned oak casks before being blended with a small portion of delicate sweet single grain whiskey. The secret of the whiskey's lively character lies in finding the perfect combination of the intense, spicy malt whiskey and the lighter, crisp single grain.
Deriving its gentle warming taste from natural Irish ingredients and centuries of experience, Bushmills Original Irish Whiskey is the original Old Bushmills Distillery whiskey. Bushmills Original is a blend of single malt Irish whiskey and Irish grain whiskey. Grain whiskey reserved for Bushmills Original is slowly matured in American oak casks that are specially selected to bring out the golden hue and light, yet distinctive, characteristics of the whiskey. When mature, this grain whiskey is blended with our aged malt whiskey.
Originally bearing the name "1780", the year the Distillery was founded, this whiskey now features its age statement as its name. Matured for a minimum of 12 years in Oloroso Sherry and Bourbon casks. A full bodied, superbly mellow pot still Irish whiskey.
