Smooth, generous and nicely focused to show its cherry and dark spice flavors, lingering on the well-formed finish. It's mostly Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, with smaller percentages of Syrah, Dolcetto, Petit Verdot, Nebbiolo and Temppranillo.

The rich seductive darker notes of Cabernet and the juicy red fruits of Merlot make this an instant hit with or without food. Fruit has been sourced from our most renowned growing regions.
Roses and berry on the palate. Medium-bodied, with slightly dry tannins. Tasted twice with consistent notes. Best after 2006.
High-toned, with maraschino cherry, red licorice and floral notes. Slightly taut finish. Drink now.

Creamy, toasty oak introduces this rich, multifaceted wine, with mocha-laced currant and black cherry fruit filling out the palate. Gains velocity and intensity on the long finish, where it shows a wonderful array of flavors. Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Malbec, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot. Best from 2004 through 2012.

Pasta with tomato sauce comes to mind when drinking this dry wine, with its berry flavors and thick tannins. It's rustic and easy, a carafe sipper that's clean and thoroughly enjoyable.
The 2002 Aglianico Contado (100% Aglianico aged in both foudres and smaller barriques) exhibits terrific minerality along with blueberry, blackberry, graphite, and incense notes. Raspberry flavors are noticeable in the mouth. Good acidity, ripe tannin, and a layered mouthfeel.

A good wine with pepper, berry and cherry character. Medium body. Clean finish. Pasta, pizza, yummy...
Carignane, Syrah, a splash of sweet Symphony and a dash of love are the main components of this wine, which has been produced to honor and surprise our father, Don phillips, on his 75th birthday. This is an easy-drinking, everday, great quality, red table wine.
A big mouth full of juicy black fruit is well structured by tart acidity and soft but distinct tannins. Quite a wine for well under $12, and it offers some reason to believe it will cellar well.
